De la gentrification de Marseille dénoncée lors de la manifestation "Marseille, Capitale européenne du logement" en 2008 dont à l'occasion de "Marseille, capitale européenne de la culture 2013" on constate tous les effets de paupérisation, de violence, et de tensions de classe ; à la gentrification des luttes et des moyens de production militants, comme les éditions Agone, un site qui reprend du service au carrefour des luttes. Suite au départ de 5 salariés puis de deux autres recrutées à leur suite en moins de neuf mois, un certain nombre de membres de l'Association Agone Editeur avaient demandé à être convoqués en Assemblée Générale. Cette AG s'est tenue de façon illégale le 21 septembre sans convocation des membres. Quelques jours auparavant, un salarié membre de l'association, Thierry Discepolo, avait déposé en son nom propre la marque "Agone" à l'INPI. Un référé devant le TGI de Marseille demandant l'annulation de cette AG et la convocation régulière des membres a été plaidé le 25 novembre 2013. Une décision provisoire a été rendue le 15 janvier 2014 déboutant le requérant. Une action au fond devant le TGI de Marseille a été engagée en mai 2014. L'audience a eu lieu le 12 janvier 2016 et le jugement de première instance a été mis à disposition du greffe le 8 mars. Ancienne vice-procureure à Saint-Denis de la Réunion, la juge, sans doute mal-remise du jet-lag entre ses anciennes fonctions et la juridiction civile et incitée à confondre la réalité et la fiction a estimé le prix d'une tarte à la crème à 2000 EUR tout en validant les pratiques esclavagistes de l'Association Agone Editeur. Dans le même temps, une nouvelle salariée totalement rincée au bout de trois ans a elle aussi jeté l'éponge (soit 8 en 4 ans !). La lutte continue !
